The Big Dream
The big American dream to that blacks faced in this country was to be treated equally and fairly. But all this became a falsehood over the years. They became complicated due to no jobs and the high cost of education and the cost of living in our neighborhoods. As the jobs was sent over seas, the value of a college degree became harder for blacks to get due to the economy. Many moons ago a whiteperson did well with just a high school education and the marjority of them got good jobs. But just when the jobs became scarce the jobs started asking entry level employees to have two or more years of college degrees, which hurted the black race employment opportunities.Back in the day you could get a good government job after high school.Of course the employer would train you anyway. Now they don't want to promote apprentiship jobs so that the blackman could still have a chance for survival. They are leaving out apprentiship job trainings in the black community on purpose so that we will still be a victim of this American dream. The states are committed to placing our children into fostercare situations, so that now the white families can adopt our blackchildren and continue to destroy our families by not educating our children in apprentiship programs like they did the whitepeople.
