Racially Profiling Negro communities

NAACP!why is it that mostly urban cities with high population of Negro's living in their communities is having economic money problems,which leads to bankruptcy?Could it be the possibility that base on we have Arab-Chaldeans owing 100% of all the businesses in the Negro neighborhood taking away money and not putting anyback causing our problems.You notice that they the local government closes recreation centers,closes Negro schools,no apprentiseship training programs,reduces welfare benefits and cut bridges (food stamps).Is this the whiteleaders in state government Racially Profiling our Negro community so that we may self destruct.Take a long look at United States Map.I notice that there is no other city in the surburbs hurting like the Negro communities.It's a conspiracy and NAACP do your investigating!Ra
