Communities writing your own ticket

You know I actually feel we the community should branch out and each district in the city of Detroit stop voting to put people into the local offices and just hire grant writers to write our own proposals to the federal govt due to we cant get our Mayor and Governor to treat us fairly in taking care of our city.Getting a 501 (c)3 is very easy once you set up your nonprofit directorship.This can also be done for the education system since the administrators are writing their own tickets and not spending the money where its needed.
