1099 MISC

Here's some help for the people whom employer gives them a 1099 MISC instead of a w-2.Look on the back at line 7 and it states that if you feel you are an employee then just put your income on 1040 line 7 as wages and also file an 8919 form with this.Also fill out an ss-8 for uncollected social security and medicare taxes that your employer is trying not to pay their share.
