Color me Not

Lets legislate to do away with RACE and have one title as being a HUMAN.There is no WHITE,BLACK or RED or YELLOW race.We are all HUMANS.So remove all ethnic labeling from the books and entitlements.Mr.President I need you to write this bill and pass it.
