 In Detroit the welfare system have left some people in disparity because,there are alot of young and old people out there falling between the economic gaps,The new rule put in place by MDHHS some years ago about 5 years on welfare and you off,should not have been put into policy,because at that time blackpeople were and still is suffering from economical hardships.And the blackchildren increased the fostercare systems from being deprived and neglected due to drugs or no education and no income.So as I watch how quickly they allow immigrants to come over from the East and add them to our welfare system and accomodate them,it makes me feel bad.We got youngpeople and their children needing low income housing and the Mayor and Governor thinks this is a joke.That policy under Gov. Snyder or Engler should be thrown out.No family should be homeless or hungry as long as you can provide for strangers from another country!The city needs a welfare department established if the MDHHS don't get back into the business of helping out Americans who still live in poverty,and don't tell me you dont have the money,because if you can give millions to Ukraine,you can give millions to your own poverty stricken communities!Se La Vie
