If the poor can't afford to pay for gas or bus fair to get to work because the cost to go is to high,so what do you think eventually will happen to the middleclass with these high mortgages and gas prices,food prices,car insurance,property tax etc.Capitalist are overpricing commodities in America and we are headed for a crash!You must have a mixture of democratic-socialism with capitalism in order to survive for the future.Democratic-socialism will allow the poor to reach middleclass status and practice the capitalist ideology at a higher level.
