The State Lottery Association is corrupted and cheating us all that play!They are cheating because they are allowed to use electronic drawings so that they can choose what ever numbers they draw to win,and they freeze out numbers that they don't want to win, and they place the winning numbers in stores that is in a highly white populated area.So we don't have a honest chance to win.
