We
give so much money to the States Lotteries and we don't ask for
accountability or get a decent percentage back.We are a nation of
stupidity!And I am included.We allow some asshole to review the computer
to see how the odds are and they cheat by putting the number that they
want to win,instead of just letting the numbers that come up just fall
without evaluation of the odds!The State Commissioner have so many games
out there,they can't even keep up with counting the monies!
