Wayne Cty Human Services mistreatment of the black community

To The Wayne County DHS offices that is servicing the Detroit communities they need to be ashamed of themselves because they are not serving ourblack people with dignity and respesct,From the Directors,District Manager,and Section Managers who let the workers get away with not returning the customers calls,not processing paperwork timely provided the policys do have a standard of promptness.The governor needs to ask for accountabily on how they are processing paperwork and servicing the clients.It is terrible how the black DHS offices disfunctions!Can I get a AMEN.Black social services dirty little secrets!
