"What is welfare?If this is suppose to be a charity or nonprofit organiztion.Then why are people who qualify by having lowincome ask to reimburse the FIP,FAP, and medical benefits back to the state!Especially makiing men who pay child support to reimburse funds due to their baby momma's go in to qualify for a grant, in which they have no say so themselves on what the momma's do.Seems to me this is a policy that is illegal if this is not a state law.They the state is double dipping asking to be reimburse for non-proit funds!" |
