They have all these new construction ventures coming to Detroit,but the Mayor nor the Governor has set up paid apprenticeship training jobs for the youngblack men and women in Detroit to be trained on,so that they could get jobs from the companies that get the contracts.And on top of that wants to close most of the Detroit Education system down.But I bet you they got the apprenticeship jobs in prison!I smell a government conspiracy and its keeping black America down!
