We have all these raggedy ass old houses in the black communites,because nobody's come up with a plan to renovate and modernize our communities,like they do in the white cities over America!Racism has set us so far back,and this is a disgrace to mankind!

White education

Why is it that with all the funds that spend for education in the white communities they are not faced with the school districts going broke,like in the Urban schools,and they always come up with someone mismanaging the funds.When they know damn well they didnot put the appropriate amount to be spend in the budget in the first place.
