blacks need apprentriceship training jobs

The blackmen and blackwomen need jobs and training programs, Mr.President.They are starved for jobs and better treatment from the state and Federal government.They are tired of America treating them like sub-humans.The states SSI should be supplementing these young people until they can get into a workfirst programs.The white cops need training to understand the social economical tragedy that is occurring for these people.They are frustrated and tired of empty promises.

How can we as blacks continue to live and develop our selves in a third world communitiesandt in the richest country in the world?This country is destroying our black infrastructure by denying us the same priviledge as the white communities.Their cost of living is subsidized. and our cost of living is unsubsidized.Our kids don't get a choice of apprenticeship education,but they want to mainstream everybody into college prep,knowing that every child don't qualify for college and needs to get a job after graduating from high school.Thanks to that Republican Synder who made all of the High Schools in Detroit EAA, which has failed.We have more children in Alternative schools
